"I received my bumper for my 2015 Cadillac Escalade a few weeks after the promised date given when I placed the order, I had been told there was a supplier problem and it was received late but when it did come in and was painted for shipment I would be notified by email, never got that email but I did receive the bumper, weeks late. Upon receipt of said product I followed direction get the bumper acclimated, it was then that I discovered several bumps in the paint as well as wrinkles in the folds, I said that must be normal so there probably is a container of touch up paint, wrong. After waiting so long and dealing with the disappointment of having paid all that money for a faulty part, I went ahead and put the bumper on. I was not satisfied with the condition it was in but I needed my vehicle operational, which in NC I could not operate without a bumper! So needless to say I do not think you want this review on any social media platform nor have you gained a repeat customer or a customer that will recommend you to others!
