    • Gambling or betting services, unless permitted by law and authorized by Microsoft.

    • Drugs, pharmaceuticals, or drug paraphernalia that are illegal.

    • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives.

    • Misleading or deceptive content.

  • User Privacy: You must respect user privacy and comply with data protection laws. This includes obtaining user consent for data collection and providing clear privacy notices.

9. SMS MESSAGING TERMS
 By providing your mobile phone number to us and opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages, you consent to receive marketing, transactional, and/or informational text messages from Partify (the “SMS Service”). This consent applies to both promotional content and account/order-related notifications.
Consent & Opt-In
  • You will only receive SMS messages if you have expressly opted in via our website, checkout, signup form, or by sending a keyword to our designated number.
  • For U.S. users, this constitutes “express written consent” under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). For Canadian users, this constitutes express consent under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
Message Frequency
  • Message frequency will vary but will not exceed the limits disclosed during opt-in.
Opt-Out Instructions
  • You may opt out at any time by replying STOP (U.S. and Canada) or ARRET (Canada) to any message. You may also request assistance by replying HELP or INFO.
  • After you send “STOP” or “ARRET,” you will receive one final confirmation message stating you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
Message & Data Rates
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You are responsible for any such charges.
Identification
  • All SMS messages will clearly identify Partify as the sender and will include our contact information.
Quiet Hours (U.S. Recipients)
  • Marketing messages will not be sent outside of 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time in compliance with TCPA guidelines.
Third-Party Messaging Providers
  • We may use third-party messaging platforms to send SMS messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to comply with applicable laws.
No Warranties
  • SMS messages are provided “as is” and may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control (including carrier issues or network problems).
