Paint may not of been dry when shipped and color doesn't match as well as expected

"Paint code used doesn't match. It is sort of close but doesn't match. Also i received a message that a part arrived to Parify damaged so it was sent back and it appears that part was rushed back out once Partify received it. It looked like it may have not been completely dry when shipped also chipped when barley touched it. Parts are on the vehicle so not sending back. Will just have to get car sprayed again in the near future to get a closer match. Used the paint code from the tag on the passenger side door."
