When I reached out, support acknowledged the website layout was confusing and initially told me they would send a return shipping label right away. Moments later, they backtracked, saying they don't cover return shipping costs even though the ordering error was caused by their own website's automated suggestions. I had to handle the UPS return entirely on my own, costing me $31 out of pocket. To make matters worse, I later discovered a printable UPS label option right in my account dashboard that was never mentioned to me by support, and my emails pointing this out went completely ignored. Communication only resumed once I provided proof that the package had been delivered back to their warehouse. While the core product delivery was fine, the lack of ownership over a website glitch and the sudden drop-off in helpful communication made the return process incredibly frustrating. I just wished the support had been a bit better and more proactive."
