Non-CAPA parts do not undergo the CAPA certification process. This does not necessarily mean non-CAPA parts are lower quality, they sometimes undergo alternative testing. Non-CAPA parts do not have the yellow CAPA seal.

Final Sale Policy - Painted Parts
All painted parts are final sale. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Exceptions apply only if the part qualifies under our warranty or arrives damaged.
If you selected the incorrect paint code or your vehicle has been repainted, we do NOT guarantee a paint match. We are not responsible for customers selecting the incorrect paint code on their order. Please refer to our How to Find Your Paint Code page if you are uncertain.
Unpainted Parts
If you receive an unpainted part and need to send it back, we’re happy to help guide you through the process.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not provide return shipping labels for unpainted parts.
Once we receive the part back in unused, original condition, we will refund the cost of the part.
Please make sure the part is carefully packaged to avoid damage during return transit.

Painted Orders
• You may cancel your order only if painting has not yet begun.
• If the part has already been painted, cancellations are allowed under the following terms:
100% refund of shipping costs
50% refund of the part and paint cost
Unpainted Orders
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not yet shipped.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help you through the process and find the best solution.
