Took way longer than advertised

"The parts are great, timing/shipping was awful… took 2 months to finally get something when its advertised that you ship out painted parts within 1-2 weeks… they didnt even START painting the part it until the day it was supposed to be DELIVERED … it took over a month for it to receive ANY status updates on what they were doing with my order. I had to email to finally get any order updates. on top of that when it finally got shipped, the expensive shipping company they use LOST my package and it took additional time to find it and retrieve it… we finally have it and granted the part itself is great. The color matches perfectly and it arrived in perfect condition… but the whole process was the most stressful money I have ever spent and took 2-3x longer the advertised time for me to get my item. I likely am going to be trying to find other parts elsewhere to finish my project."
