Partify - wrong part sent and I paid for it!

"I would have given Partify 5 stars because their price is unbeatable, they ship quickly and are responsive. The down side is I selected a tailgate based on the selection of their website and was told it would fit. When I received the part I noticed the part number was different than what I selected and it was for a truck 10 years older than mine. Even though I explained this, I still had to pay to ship it back, a 10% restocking fee and the cost to ship the correct part. My guidance is to ensure the correct part is being sent after you make the purchase."
