"When I first received my bumper, I was so excited to install it and make my car pretty again. When I opened the packaging, I saw a bumper painted silver, not blue. I had ordered the part using my VIN to get the correct color. I got in touch with customer service and it was determined to be an error on their end. I was shipped a new bumper in the correct color at no cost to me. And I did not have to return the incorrect one. I received the new one quickly and now my car looks great again. "Bumper fit after working with it a bit, and the color match is perfect. It's shipped in a box that only slightly bent the corners in, but it's very well packed in a padded blue bag to prevent damage, which made any damage from careless delivery drivers- my box arrived pretty mangled and the bumper itself wasn't affected. The only complaint I have is on the quality of the paint job- it's not smooth- there's embedded dirt or or wasnt sanded smooth and cleaned before spraying. Overall I'd buy it again as a cheaper option for a bumper replacement."
"I received the bumper in good order. The fitment was good in the painting was adequate. The only problem that I had was that the color was not even close. The paint did not have enough pearl flake in it to match the factory paint on the car. The OEM paint is a pearl color. The paint on the bumper was more actual white. We kept the bumper and used it due to the hassle of sending back and getting another replacement. Quality was good. The paint did not match."
