I was specifically told it would take longer to get it because it had to be painted and this is definitely not a new paint job it has been sitting on a shelf for long time. Disappointed"

"The part came in perfect, no dents or blemishes. The color however, did not match. The paint code was retrieved from the vehicle. With that said. The replacement was for a 2013 Subaru that has resided outside for 11 years. So I can live with it. Lot cheaper for the part and install."

"Easy to DIY install, quick production and shipping, perfect color match and decent paint job for a very reasonable price. A43, for customer service. Took a few attempts to get a part that made it all the way here mostly unscathed but not because of partify. The shipping company (fedex) needs to work on handling fragile items. The loss of the 5 star review is thanks to fedex. Each time I filed the damaged part form with pics and received a quick response. Customer service, specifically Madeline whom I’ve spoken with multiple times, is amazing and very helpful. Each claim was handled satisfactorily. My final part came with a small bend on the corner that I noticed during install. The average person walking by my car honestly wouldn’t notice it. But still partify made it right with a fair offer for compensation which I was more than happy with."
