Hi I ordered the 2020 Toyota Tacoma hood scoop I did not receive the top plate or is this sold separate. The description says specifically. With certified hood scoop please reach back out to me. 4806287587. Please call me if I have to purchase this item I will because I don’t want a new hood with no top plate.
