"Quality is good the paint matched perfect which I was surprised because it's almost a 20 year old car. It fit perfect on the car in the park wasn't bent it came in a huge box. There was a tiny scratch on the part but partify refunded 50% of the price so i was happy with it. All in all I would definitely use them again."

"I bought a fender for a 2019 Dodge Challenger SXT. The part fit perfectly and the paint job was practically indistinguishable from the OEM paintjob. I really appreciated the careful packaging and the baby powder that was applied to the part to protect against shipping damage. Unfortunately, even with foam corner protectors, one of the corners of the part had a small, but prominent ding and chip in the paint. It looked like the part had been dropped or bumped on a hard wall before it was wrapped up and packaged with the foam corner protectors. The lack of paint on this affected area due to the ding has lead to the part rusting already. It was a serious bummer to see this, but I've already installed the part and am prepping the car for sale anyway. This really only would've dropped my rating to a 4-star, had the delivery of the part been on time. I was given a 1-week window of expected delivery, and the part still arrived 3 days late (total of 3 weeks from time of order). Customer service is very slow to respond, but helpful and friendly when they do. 3 stars is fair I think, with other customers' experience likely to be closer to 4 assuming you get a non-damaged part (although I know Partify can't prevent negligent delivery workers)."

My poor quality and service fender.
"They were nice enough to refund the shipping charges because it didn't arrive when promised. There was a bend at the front of the fender where it meets the headlight assembly and the color did not match, which we couldn't tell because the fender had what I assumed was a protective white powder all over it. After we installed and cleaned it off we could see the difference."
