"Everything was going well until I went to attach the fog lights. There is supposed to be a cut out to insert light, but it was nonexistent. The place is there, but if you want to install fog lights you need to cut openings for the bracket. Which means you need a proper tool to fabricate it so you can actually install fog lights. Since it is for a XLE hybrid it should have had the proper fog light install holes prefabricated. If it wasn't for this issue the generic bumper would have gotten 5 stars. The paint was matched as well as could be. So, until I get the time to take off gain and cut the proper holes my son's car has no fog lights installed because I didn't have the time to fabricate the holes to install fog lights. Had I known this was going to be an issue I may have paid more for OEM."
