"I am happy with the fit and overall quality of the bumper. However, when it came to the paint I was a little disappointed. The color match was spot on, but it was sprayed so thin it was very fragile. No clear coat on it that I can tell. There were areas where the paint peeled off like it didn't' stick or adhere to the bumper. I thought partify wrapped and protected it very well for shipping, but the shipper dropped it in my driveway and bailed before I could inspect even though I told the dispatcher I was supposed to check it before the driver left. The box was heavily damaged and he knew I would not accept it if he stuck around. Overall it was a good buy if the shipper didnt suck and the paint had at least 2 or 3 coats. Ill have to have this one stripped and painted right. Probably wont order pre painted parts again."
"Good from far, far from good. Over all fit and finish is less than par and doesn’t meet factory OEM specs. A lot of the OEM trim didn’t fit correctly in this bumper. The paint is absolutely garbage. There’s runs and prep marks in some spots and it literally chips and flakes off if you look at it too long. Terribly disappointed."

"Let me start off by saying This was a ram 3500 bumper so big and arrived on a pallet. The shipping company left a lot to be desired. Holes in the box and the bumper was damaged during transport. Partfy customer service however was phenomenal, when I hit another deer I will buy the next one from them. The quality of bumper is OEM quality the paint job looked good especially for the price."

"This was a Scam! I paid $850 for a bumper painted to match my vehicle. When I installed it on my truck, you could see that the majority of the paint was good but faded off on both ends and wasn't consistent. I sent customer service several pictures and they agreed, but only offered me a $225 refund, which was their paint fee. They said I could then have the bumper repainted by a local painter, but every place I called said it would be $500-$600 to repaint. They're basically selling a product with NO guarantee that you'll get what you pay for. The other option was to let them send me another one which I declined because of the quality of their product."

"I like the product but the paint job not sure what they doing wrong but I can scratch it with my fingernail. I think they may not have prompt it not sure I’m not a body man, but somethings wrong. I had another part. I was gonna buy not sure now unless they can tell me they will do something with the paint they using."
