"Bumper fit after working with it a bit, and the color match is perfect. It's shipped in a box that only slightly bent the corners in, but it's very well packed in a padded blue bag to prevent damage, which made any damage from careless delivery drivers- my box arrived pretty mangled and the bumper itself wasn't affected. The only complaint I have is on the quality of the paint job- it's not smooth- there's embedded dirt or or wasnt sanded smooth and cleaned before spraying. Overall I'd buy it again as a cheaper option for a bumper replacement."
"I received the bumper in good order. The fitment was good in the painting was adequate. The only problem that I had was that the color was not even close. The paint did not have enough pearl flake in it to match the factory paint on the car. The OEM paint is a pearl color. The paint on the bumper was more actual white. We kept the bumper and used it due to the hassle of sending back and getting another replacement. Quality was good. The paint did not match."

"Well the bumper cover is well made but it was painted the WRONG COLOR. I added my VIN# to get the proper color code and it didn't work. Now my front bumper is a much brighter red than the rest of the car."

"The 5 star is by the customer service provided and responsiveness. However, my first bumper came in paint matched with paint peeling and not adhering correctly. They did a great job handling that and made the customer feel valued. The second bumper which was sent did have some paint flaws and doesn’t fit correctly. It’s close but not like OeM some lipage and clips don’t fit perfect on the passenger fog light bezel. The color is a match because it’s new so it’s definitely brighter. That’s fine. Customer service was the key to getting 5 star here otherwise I’d be at 4. Claire is very helpful and informative. Good job Claire for helping out"
