"First I want to say that Partify offered great communication and the packing of the Lexus hood we purchased was amazing!! I would order from Partify again. The problem we had was when ordering there was so many flips and changes on the site, trying to put in our VIN for color matching etc. It was a very wonky experience. I would never have ordered the off brand, non-OEM quality product to save a few bucks. Unfortunately the hood that was sent to us is very flimsy. ALWAYS buy the OEM quality. I mean really flimsy. When pushing the windshield washer nozzles back into the hood it completely flexed and bent down with just my thumb. The paint was not very good quality either really. It was very orange peeled and not very shiny. I actually took it and had it clear wrapped to make it shiny. I bought this to replace an oxidized OEM hood so I was expecting shiny, I know this voids the warranty but I plan on having my old hood sanded down and repainted by a local shop and will eventually replace this hood when the clear wrap needs replacing. Partify is great and for what I (even if it's my fault for the error) ordered being non OEM it is a great service. The hood itself was a perfect match and all the holes and slots needed for weather stripping and the grill etc. were exactly as needed. The paint did look better than the hood it was replacing, just not as shiny as I had hoped for. This is a great company and service. I would gladly order again but just be sure everything is OEM. Perhaps the paint was subpar also because it was just a basic hood and not OEM. Maybe Partify can offer an option for better painting even if for a extra price. I would have gladly paid for that option."
