"I ordered a CAPA certified bumper, painted to match my car paint code (dark grey). It came very well packed in a huge thick cardboard box, with layers of cushioning inside, and powder secured to prevent paint damage. My car is about 12 years old, and the paint they used is still a considerably good match. I can only tell a difference in sun, at certain angles. Considering the original paint on the rest of the car is so old, I cannot ask for anything better. The paint quality is also great, with very smooth clearcoat surface. There are literally 3 or 4 tiny specks of dust under the clearcoat, nothing that can't be buffed if need be. But it's only noticeable from up-close. Few feet away nobody could see that even when trying to find. Unfortunately in my case the bumper came with a minor deformation on the very corner/edge, where it's very hard to notice before actual mounting. I haven't noticed it until clipping sides of the bumper on, aligning with the quarter panels. One side was fine, the other had a minor defect on the very tip of the bumper end adjacent to the quarter panel. And I'm not surprised at all Partify employees haven't noticed this defect before painting, neither. The CAPA inspection missed this, hard to expect someone not inspecting it to notice. I contacted the Partify support, they pick up phones very quickly. I also sent them an email with pictures. The rep I was otp with quickly evaluated the defect and gave me an option of either returning this bumper for a replacement, or keeping it and they would provide a fitting discount. In my case (car being old, already mounted the bumper, etc. ), the latter made more sense. And they promptly process the partial refund. Overall, I am very happy. Partify service is outstanding, the part quality is definitely acceptable even with the little defect I received mine with, and otherwise I had no problems with mounting, everything fit great, and the paint is good, overall a great quality."
"Ordered CAPA bumper covers front and back I knew nothing about ordering painted parts. Looking on line there was a lot very dirt cheap but shipped folded. Folded how can that be good? It can’t be good for the part or the paint. So I narrowed it down to the few that shipped unfolded. Read reviews and compared prices and decided on Partify. Worked out great on everything shipping great (big box) part perfect and paint great and delivered within estimated time. The others may be just as good (don’t know)but with my first experience turning out great I would do again with Partify. It’s kinda a scary purchase so I’ll stick with what worked."
