Return Policy

If your shipment is lost, damaged, or has paint match issues, report it to us immediately using the form below. Our team at Partify will evaluate your request and issue a partial or full refund or resend the ordered item(s) if your request is valid. For damage and/or paint issues, we will require photos for our investigation.

Our team will respond to your request outlining why or why not your request will be granted. If granted, you will receive a confirmation email. You can expect a refund within 5-10 business days, or replacement part(s) sent out within 5 business days after your request is granted.

Because our products are custom made for your vehicle, we will not accept “change of mind” returns. We will only accept a refund request if there is evidence our team was negligent in fulfilling your order.

Your refund request must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

What if my part doesn't fit?

If you order the correct part and it does not fit, it is likely due to one of a few reasons but not limited to; damage to the surrounding parts or damage to the mounting clips caused by previous part removal. A correct part not fitting is extremely rare and occurs less than 0.01%. If you believe that is the case please send us 3-5 pictures showing the fitment issues and we can try and assist in reaching a resolution and/or with proper fitment.

What if the paint doesn't match?

There is no such thing as a "perfect" paint match. The paint the factory used to paint your vehicle is long gone, but that doesn't mean we can't get exceptionally close. If there is an issue with the color match we ask our customers to send us photos and we'll either issue a partial refund or send another part depending on the circumstances. This occurs less than 1% of the time. We do not cover or reimburse miscellaneous expenses, including, but not limited to: labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, or storage fees. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.

What if I order the wrong part?

We are not responsible if you order the wrong part. However, we would still want you to fill in the form letting us know and we will try our best to help you out.

What if I received the wrong part?

If you order the correct part, and we sent the wrong one, we will give you a full refund. This is exceptionally rare and occurs less than 0.001% of the time. We do not cover or reimburse miscellaneous expenses, including, but not limited to: labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, or storage fees. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.

Return Policy

Return requests should be made within 30 days after the parts are delivered. Please fill out an order issues form to initiate any possible return.


Painted Parts

Painted parts are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted for any painted parts. They are also not accepted if the condition of the part has been modified in any way by the buyer.

If you selected the incorrect paint code or your vehicle has been repainted, we do NOT guarantee a paint match. We are not responsible for customers selecting the incorrect paint code on their order. Please refer to our How to Find Your Paint Code page if you are uncertain.

 

Unpainted Parts

We are not responsible for shipping the return item back if the reason for return is that the wrong part was ordered or change of mind returns.

Parts should also be returned in their original packaging.

A restocking fee of a minimum of 10% will be applied.

Refunds are processed after the parts arrive at our facility in good condition.

 

Cancellations

Order cancellation requests have to be made before we start production on your part.

If cancellation requests are made before the production process has started on the parts, a full refund will be issued.

If cancellation requests are made after the production process has started on the parts, we will only refund the shipping cost. We will not refund the cost of the part or the paint.

If cancellation requests are made after your order has shipped out, the request will be denied.

 

Warranty

We offer a lifetime paint warranty on our painted parts against peeling, cracking or fading.

The warranty is voided if the part has been modified in any way.

The warranty does not cover rock chips or rust.

The warranty is good for a one time replacement or paint refund depending on the situation, per purchase and per item. Once a replacement is received in good condition or a refund is issued, the warranty will be considered fulfilled.

If the warranty requires a one-time replacement part, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs if the order was placed at least 6 months ago.

 

Shipping Damages and Issues

You have up to 30 days after delivery of the item to notify us of damages so we may file a claim. After 30 days, your claim may not be approved.

Once the order is delivered and there is proof of delivery. Claims that the item has not been delivered is not the responsibility of the company.

If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order and the order has not been shipped, please contact us immediately. If you would like to change your shipping address after placing your order and the order has already left our facility, we may not be able to make the change.


Uncovered Costs

Partify does not cover or reimburse miscellaneous expenses, including, but not limited to: labor costs for removal and installation of a defective or mismatched part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees. Partify shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation, indirect or special damages as a result of product defects.

The lifetime paint warranty against peeling, cracking, and fading is voided if the customer does any of the following to their part: wrapping, ceramic coating, bedlining, or any other modifications to the paint.


Disclaimer about Painted Parts

Painted parts should not be washed for 90 days after delivery. Washing the part before 90 days can cause damage to the paint. Partify is not responsible for any damage caused to parts washed before 90 days.
