Partify aims to ship your product out quickly while prioritizing quality. Please note that the delivery date provided is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. Unpainted parts are typically shipped within one week, while painted parts usually take 1 to 2 weeks to ship.

No, Partify does not provide any assembly pieces or accessory items. Typically, you can either re-use your old assembly parts or you can purchase new ones from local shops or online.

Yes, Partify has OEM parts available on our website. The product title will have “OEM” in it. If you do not see the OEM part you are looking for on our website, please contact us and we can try to source it for you.   Partify also can source CAPA-certified aftermarket parts. Again, please contact us and we can look into sourcing this for you!

It depends. Some bumpers are required to be shipped via freight, which means they will not be folded. If your bumper is being shipped via ground shipping, then your bumper will be shipped with the ends folded in. This is to prevent damage in transit and to lower shipping fees.   We add a powerful flexing agent to the paint, which allows the bumpers to bend and flex without creasing. We have unfolding instructions on our website; you can read them here. We rarely have problems with this shipping method as the bumpers bounce back to their original shape without a problem.   Customers always have the option to select freight shipping, which would mean the bumper would be shipped unfolded. Please note, for freight shipping, the shipping address must be a commercial address.

Partify offers both painted and unpainted parts. Paint is an additional fee, and these parts have two layers of primer, two layers of paint, and two layers of clear coat applied to them. Using industry leading paint, we guarantee a 97% - 99% paint color match. Unpainted parts have a dark grey matte primer on them.

You can use your VIN number to determine where your vehicle was built. The first number or letter will tell you this information.  If your VIN number starts with...  J – Japan  K – Korea  2 – Canada  3 – Mexico   1, 4, or 5 – America

Partify aims to provide parts to customers with a quick turnaround time. Unpainted parts typically take under 1 week to ship out. Painted parts typically ship out within 1-2 weeks. Additionally, there is a shipping calculator on the website which will provide you with an estimated delivery date!

Partify applies baby powder to the parts before shipping them out. This is to protect the paint from the protective wrap and foam that we put on the part for shipping. The baby powder can be wiped off the part with a microfiber cloth.

CAPA, or the Certified Automotive Parts Association, ensures that any part bearing its certification has undergone extensive testing to ensure that its fitment, durability, and materials are at par with OEM standards. CAPA parts always have the yellow CAPA seal on them. Non-CAPA parts do not undergo the CAPA certification process. This does not necessarily mean non-CAPA parts are lower quality, they sometimes undergo alternative testing. Non-CAPA parts do not have the yellow CAPA seal.

Our cancellation policy is dependent on where your order is in production. If production has not started on your order, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. If cancellation requests are made after the production process has started on the parts, we will only refund the shipping cost. We will not refund the cost of the part or the paint. If your order has already been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation requests for OEM parts may be denied regardless of production status. If there is an issue with your order please file a claim here.

No, we ship our bumpers completely unfolded to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Shipping a bumper folded can damage and break the bumper. Unlike our competitors, we prioritize quality.
